AlphaPay is a one-stop Cross-border payment platform head-branched in Canada. AlphaPay as the close official strategic partner of WeChat Pay, Alipay and Union Pay provides both online and offline RMB payment and settlement solutions for the merchants and their customers.

Since its foundation in 2017, AlphaPay has been dedicated to serving customized needs from a large variety of industries to bridge the gap between the merchants in North America and global consumers.

The Goal

To improve the user experience by creating a clean, organized, and easy-to-navigate interface that prioritizes important information and details so they can establish themself as a trusted and user-friendly cross-border payment platform for merchants and their customers.

The Challenge

It was hard to get attention to details and important information leads to confusion. The usage of colors as well as illustrations makes the website looks messy.
